Refund Steps
Phat Pharm works hard to produce the best possible product. We realize that not everyone is satisfied with our products. Before our customers get a refund there are steps to follow.
Refund Policy - the basics
The first step to get a refund is to inform us of your dissatisfaction. You can either contact us by phone or email and explain the problem. We will need visual proof of the problem before we start the second step in the refund process. This proof can either be a picture of the produce, or mailed back at customer expense.
What to include in the Refund Policy
Once communication and confirmation of product the default/dissatisfaction, then a refund will be granted, amount transferred through Venmo or PayPal.
